
CONILON OR (BRAZILIAN CONILON)
Mainly cultivated in the regions of Espírito Santo, Rondônia and Southern Bahia, in most cases in low altitudes (below 400 m). It has a particular neutral taste. Most countries in the world use this type of coffee because of its neutrality and usually for its price. Its greatest use is in the soluble.


COFFEE GROUP 2: TYPE ARABIA (OR ARABIC)
Grown mainly in the forest zone (MG) and Espiritu Santo. It has a medium to strong flavor with minimal or no acidity. Major markets: the Middle East.


COFFEE GROUP 1: ARABIAN TYPE (OR ARABIC)
Originating mainly in the regions of Minas Gerais, Bahia and Espiritu Santos. It has a particularly sweet and gentle flavor. Main markets: United States, Europe and Japan.
